Abstract:We performed an off-pump coronary artery bypass graft and partial laryngectomy for a patient with T3 glottic carcinoma complicated with severe coronary artery stenosis during the same period. The patient recovered well after surgery and was treated with tube occlusion 2 weeks later, and was cured and discharged from hospital.Radiotherapy was started 6 weeks after surgery, with a 95% planned target area of 6000cGy/200cGy/ 30F /6W, and tracheal cannula was removed about 4 weeks after the end of radiotherapy. After 36 months of follow-up, electronic fiber laryngoscopy was performed, and the laryngeal mucosa was smooth and wide, without any recurrence signs.Through the treatment of the above case, we realized that through careful and comprehensive assessment before operation, standardized operation during operation, close observation and proper treatment after surgery,?Simultaneous off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting and partial laryngectomy is a feasible option for patients with T3 glottic laryngeal cancer complicated with more severe coronary heart disease.
