Allergic rhinitis belongs to the human immune system diseases. The study of epigenetics has given us a deeper understanding of immune system diseases. lncRNA is a hot spot in the field of epigenetics. With the development of detection technology, more and more lncRNA have been discovered and verified. This article summarizes the differences in the expression profile of lncRNA related to allergic rhinitis and the study of lncRNA in the biological functions of allergic rhinitis, so that we can better understand the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis, and also provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.
