    摘要:

    目的:以变应性鼻炎患者的鼻腔分泌物为研究对象,为临床诊断和药物靶点找到新的思路。方法:本研究收集了诊断为变应性鼻炎患者和正常人鼻腔分泌物,分别采用ELISA法检测样品中IL-4,IL-13和骨膜蛋白(periostin, POSTN),同时采集样品时采用TNSS评价方法评价实验组患者,得出指标量,并进行相关性分析。结果:患者鼻腔分泌物中IL-4、IL-13以及POSTN的含量显著高于正常人(P<0.05),试验组中IL-4、IL-13与POSTN具有显著的相关性(R>0.5)、POSTN与患者发病程度之间同样具有显著的相关性(R>0.5)。结论:骨膜蛋白似乎在变应性鼻炎的发病机制中起着十分重要的作用,IL-4和IL-13在诱发变应性鼻炎时可能会合成骨膜蛋白,且与患者的症状密切相关。或许可通过该靶点给予药物治疗变应性鼻炎提供一种思路。检测病人鼻腔分泌物骨膜蛋白含量,可协助诊断和判定变应性鼻炎的病情程度。

    Abstract:

    Objective: Given that periostin(POSTN)mediates bronchial airway remodeling in asthmatic patients, we aim to find new ideas for clinical examination and targeted drugs by means of the analysis of nasal secretion of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods: Nasal secretion was collected from patients with AR and normal controls, and IL-4, Il-13 and periostin (POSTN) were detected by ELISA, respectively.Meanwhile, TNSS was used to evaluate the patients in the experimental group and the indexes were obtained. Correlation analysis was carried out subsquently.Results: The levels of IL-4, IL-13 and POSTN in the nasal secretion of patients were significantly higher than normal (P < 0.05), and there was a significant correlation between IL-4, IL-13 and POSTN in the test group (R > 0.5), as well as between POSTN and the degree of morbidity of patients (R > 0.5). Conclusion: Periostin plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis. Interleukin-4 and interleukin-13 can induce the synthesis of periostin in patients with allergic rhinitis. It is possible to administer drugs through this target, which could provide ideas for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Measuring periostin levels in nasal secretions can help diagnose and analyze the severity of symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis.
