    摘要:

    随着全球头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)发病率的逐年增加及流行病学趋势的改变,以及面对HNSCC患者多于疾病晚期诊断且常伴有转移的现况,HNSCC在肿瘤微环境中发生转移的因素越来越受到关注。本文就外泌体在肿瘤进展中的细胞通讯作用、上皮间充质转化(EMT)在肿瘤转移中的作用、外泌体与EMT间的关系及外泌体在头颈部鳞状细胞癌EMT中的研究进展和其针对肿瘤EMT方面的临床应用前景进行综述,旨在探求在肿瘤微环境中外泌体对于头颈部鳞状细胞癌EMT的影响。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing incidence of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma(HNSCC) in the world and the change of epidemiological trend, as well as the fact that more patients with HNSCC are diagnosed at an advanced stage and often accompanied by metastasis, the factors of HNSCC metastasis in the tumor microenvironment have attracted more and more attention. This article reviews the cell communication role of exosomes in tumor progression, the role of epithelial mesenchymal transformation(EMT) in tumor progression, the relationship between exosomes and EMT, the research progress of exosomes in EMT of HNSCC, and the clinical application prospects of exosomes in tumor EMT. To investigate the effect of exosomes on EMT in the tumor microenvironment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
