Laryngeal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the head and neck. Most patients with laryngeal cancer are already at an advanced stage at the time of diagnosis, and the prognosis is usually poor. Although total laryngectomy combined with high-intensity radiotherapy provides an opportunity for patients with laryngeal cancer to cure cancer, laryngectomy may lead to loss of speech ability and change of breathing channel, which has a significant impact on patients. With the continuous in-depth research on the treatment of laryngeal cancer at home and abroad, new treatment techniques such as induction chemotherapy, concurrent chemoradiotherapy and biological therapy have been developed. This article reviews the drugs used in the treatment of laryngeal cancer, aiming to provide reference for clinical treatment.
