Abstract:Early glottic carcinoma is a common malignancy in otorhinolaryngology, which may affect the local recurrence rate when anterior commissure is involved. The conventional treatment includes radiotherapy, open surgery and minimally invasive surgery, but what is the best treatment mode in clinical practice is still controversial. In this article, a series of clinical treatment modes for early glottic carcinoma involving the anterior commissure are described, hoping to provide some reference for determining the best treatment mode.
