Abstract:【】Objective To study the effect of different treatment methods in patients with early-stage glottic laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: The data were collected from 60 patients with early-stage glottic laryngeal cancer in our hospital. According to the "treatment difference", they were divided into group A (CO2 laser with support laryngoscope, n=20) and group B (low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation, n=20). 20) and group C (laryngectomy, n=20), the curative effect of the three groups was compared. Results: There was no difference in the complication and recurrence rate among the three groups, P>0.05; compared with group A and group C, group B had shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, lower VAS and mucosal recovery scores; Eating, first vocalization and hospital stay were shorter; laryngeal function improved rate was higher, P<0.05. Conclusion: Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in patients with early-stage glottic laryngeal carcinoma can improve laryngeal function, relieve pain, promote the recovery of wound mucosa, and shorten the course of treatment, which is worthy of praise.
