Abstract:Intralingual foreign bodies are relatively rare in clinical practice. For clinical doctors, the localization of foreign bodies during surgery is a challenge. In clinical practice, X-ray, B-ultrasound, CT, conical beam CT and other means are routinely used to diagnose and locate fish bone, but accurate location cannot be achieved, and foreign bodies are blindly detected during the operation, resulting in great lingual tissue damage; This article reports a case of intralingual foreign body. Prior to surgery, the foreign body was accurately located through CT guidance combined with a small round needle puncture on the tongue, and the surgery was performed quickly and smoothly to remove the foreign body. Provide certain reference for the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.
