Abstract:Laryngeal neuroendocrine tumors are relatively rare, and the prognosis varies greatly depending on the pathological patterns. This article reports a case of laryngeal neuroendocrine tumor misdiagnosed as primary glossopharyngeal neuralgia, and mistakenly underwent craniotomy microsurgical cranial neurovascular decompression surgery. The patient belongs to a low-grade neuroendocrine tumor with slow progression, and satisfactory curative effect was achieved after endoscopic surgical resection. Detailed literature review has expanded our understanding of the disease.
